Booking process for barrier-free tours
Check the tour details on GetYourGuide to see if the tour offers the accessibility option you need.
Make sure you allow enough time for the required advance notice and email us ahead of time:
- Wheelchair access and tours for visitors with visual impairments: at least 3 days before the tour
- Tours in sign language: at least 2 weeks before the tour
3. After booking your ticket on GetYourGuide, email us at with the tour title and date so we can inform the guides, adapt the route if needed, or arrange additional assistance.
Please note that without prior contact by e-mail, accessibility services cannot be guaranteed, and in such cases, ticket refunds are not possible.
