Many of our tours are designed to be inclusive, with assistance available on a range of them. Visitors can be accommodated using wheelchairs, guided tours can be offered in sign language (in German only), and formats suitable for people with visual impairments are provided.

All our tours can be booked through external page GetYourGuide. Simply select your preferred tour, choose a date, and complete your booking online.

Tickets are 10 CHF per person for a 60-minute tour and 15 CHF for a 90-minute tour. The cost for a group tour is 250 CHF for 60 minutes and 300 CHF for 90 minutes, minimum 5 participants and the group must not exceed the maximum size listed in the tour description. All tours must be booked on external page GetYourGuide.

How to book a barrier-free tour:

Make sure you allow enough time for the required advance notice and email us ahead of time:
Wheelchair access and tours for visitors with visual impairments: at least 3 days before the tour
- Tours in sign language for German tours only: at least 2 weeks before the tour
3. After booking your ticket on GetYourGuide, email us at with the tour title and date in the subject line of your e-mail, so we can inform the guides, adapt the route if necessary, or arrange additional assistance.
Important: Without prior contact via e-mail, accessibility services cannot be guaranteed, and tickets in such cases are non-refundable
Our tours are available in English or German. Please make sure to book the correct language version on external page GetYourGuide.
For tours in German only and upon request, a sign language interpreter can be provided at no additional cost. If you require this service, please email us two weeks prior to the tour you would like to book at , mentioning the name and date of the tour in the subject line.
Please check your booking confirmation on GetYourGuide for the exact meeting point and start time. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early. If you arrive late or miss the tour, we regret no refund will be offered.
Children aged 12 and above are welcome when accompanied by their parents or guardians. Please note that all participants, including children, need a ticket via GetYourGuide.
Photography is allowed unless the guide asks otherwise. Filming or audio recording the tour is not permitted.
